  2. Services
    We provide custom tailoring for traditional Indian women's dresses such as Punjabi suits, sarees, and alteration services. Fabric pickup and final delivery are included. All products are made-to-order.
  3. Ordering and Payment
    • Customers can place orders via the Stitch App (Google Play Store and Apple App Store) or by phone (+91 8787878787).
    • After a visit request, our employee will visit the client's home for measurements and order processing.
    • Payments accepted: Cash and UPI.
    • Payments are due on delivery, except if paid during fabric pickup, as noted on the job summary slip and deducted from the final receipt.
  4. Cancellations and Modifications
    • Orders cannot be canceled once the stitching stage has started.
    • Modifications can be made until fabric cutting.
    • No charges apply for cancellations or modifications within these rules.
    • All sales are final once work starts, except for exceptional cases with applicable charges.
  5. Refunds and Returns
    • No refunds on completed services.
    • If fabric is damaged beyond repair with proof of purchase, Stitch Ateliers will cover fabric cost.
    • Returns are not accepted as services are on customer-owned fabric.
  6. Delivery and Pickup
    • Fabric pickup and final delivery services are provided.
    • No delivery fee for orders above ₹400.
    • Delivery timelines usually range from 3 to 5 days depending on order complexity.
  7. Customer Responsibilities
    • Employees take measurements and instructions during visits.
    • Stitch Ateliers is responsible for stitching errors not caused by customer instructions.
    • Customers must accept these terms upon ordering.
  8. Dispute Resolution
    • Complaints or disputes should be sent to support@stitchateliers.com or called in at +91 7878787878.
    • Jurisdiction will be defined after legal consultation.
